Every month your landlord sends you an invoice with rent, electricity, water and other services. In the VinaBos app you can see each charge, the due date and the bank account to pay into, so there is no need to ask again. Once you have paid, your landlord records it and the invoice becomes paid.
Before you start
- You are signed in to the app; see Sign in to the VinaBos app.
- Your landlord has created and sent that month's invoice. If there is no invoice yet, the Payments section tells you there is nothing to pay.
Steps
Open Payments
On the bottom bar, tap Payments. The screen shows the Total due and the list of Unpaid invoices with each invoice's due date.
View invoice details
Tap an invoice to see the Invoice details: Rent, Electricity, Water, Services, surcharges, discounts, late fees (if any), the Total amount, the amount Paid and the Amount due. Your landlord sees this same invoice on their side, as shown below.
The invoice as seen by the landlord: the charges and the Send email (①) and Record payment (②) buttons Pay by transfer
Choose Bank transfer to see the Transfer details: your landlord's bank, account number and account holder name. Tap copy next to the account number (the app confirms "Account number copied"), open your banking app and transfer the exact amount. In the transfer note, write your room number and the month.
Check your payment history
Scroll down to Payment history to see the payments you have made. After transferring, message your landlord so they can record it.
Pay before the due date to avoid a late fee (if your contract has one). The app shows the due date on every invoice.
If your landlord has not entered their transfer details yet, the app says "The landlord has not added transfer details yet". Contact your landlord to get the receiving account.
FAQ

This month's electricity and water differ from last month
Utilities are charged from the meter readings your landlord records each period. If something looks off, ask your landlord for the previous and current readings so you can compare.
